The City of Salem (City) is seeking engineering services Proposals for design, permitting, and support during bidding and construction for improvements to the existing Geren Island Roughing Filter No. 2. The selected proposer shall have expertise in the design, permitting and construction support of similar facilities. The City accepts no responsibility for non-receipt and/or delays in receipt caused by transmission and reception problems, equipment failure, or any other similar cause. Each Proposal is instantly sealed and will only be visible to the City after the closing date and time.
