This is a Request for Proposal for Districtwide Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Summer 2021 Project. The project will include 3 packages and will have evaluation criteria for award of each package. The Project, of which the work of this Contract is a part, is end of life systems replacements identified and confirmed by district personnel. Items included in the project are air-cooled chillers, hydronic boilers, chilled and heating water pumps, domestic water heating equipment and lighting. Schools addressed are: Bluebonnet ES, Keller-Harvel ES, Park Glen ES, Shady Grove ES, Parkwood Hill IS, Keller MS, Central HS, Fossil Ridge HS, Keller HS, Timber Creek HS, Keller ISD Center for Advanced Learning (KCAL) and Keller ISD Natatorium. Start work immediately upon Owner's formal "Notice of Award," anticipated to be on or about March 9, 2021, and achieve substantial completion not later than August 6, 2021. Buildings must be under temperature control and have time of day scheduling. Respondents are required to submit the online responses within the system. Although we are legally required to accept paper submittals, we strongly encourage that respondents submit electronically. Electronic bidding will eliminate errors, unnecessary work, and reduce paper. When filing this response electronically, please do not send us a paper copy as the electronic version will prevail.
