High solids water based pre-mixed retro-reflective traffic paint Approximate major items of work are: White Paint Applied 23,000 Gallons; Yellow Paint Applied 10,000 Gallons. The successful bidder(s) will be required to execute a contract and furnish a performance bond in the amount specified in the detailed Specifications, conditioned as required by law, with sureties satisfactory to Wright County. Upon failure of the successful bidder to execute said contract and to furnish an acceptable performance bond as directed by the County within fifteen (15) days after receiving written notice of the award of the contract, the money deposited as represented by the bid deposit requested in the proposal shall be forfeited to the County of Wright, not as a penalty, but as liquidated damages sustained as a result of such failure. The term of this contract is deemed to be for the 2021 season, commencing May 1, 2021 through November 30, 2021. The proposal form will be furnished by the County and must be submitted on one proposal. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any part of the proposal wherein the acceptance or rejection of such would be in the best interest of the County.
