Site work for a water / sewer project in Marble Falls, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work under this Contract generally consists of but is not limited to the following: Rehabilitating the existing 200,000 gallon Via Viejo welded steel ground storage tank. Rehabilitation includes interior and exterior blast cleaning and coating, demolishing and installing tank appurtenances, piping and appurtenance modifications, disinfection, and other miscellaneous repairs and field-welded work. The Project consists of rehabilitating the existing 200,000-gallon Via Viejo welded steel ground storage tank. Major Items Include: A. Structural / Equipment Modifications Remove existing exterior ladder and replace with OSHA compliant ladder Remove existing overflow piping and replace with 12"/8" Sch. 40 steel overflow pipe Remove existing roof hatch and install a new 30" square hatch Remove existing 8" dia. roof vent, replace with a 24" dia. roof vent Remove existing 10" valve and piping (rear of tank) and install a 3/8" thick steel repair patch Replace existing roof handrail with new handrail and toe board Remove existing target level indicator from exterior tank shell Prevailing wage rates are not required
