Renovation of an educational facility in Newburgh, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project includes demolition of existing chimney, piping, pumps, 2 hydronic boilers, and 1 domestic hot water boiler, expansion tanks, and miscellaneous redundant piping within the mechanical room. The domestic hot water boiler is to be turned over to the Board. New work includes 3 new hydronic boilers, a new gas fired domestic hot water tank, electrical work, roof flash cap removal and replacement, venting, structural modifications to support the existing decking and new housekeeping pads.
