Renovation of a transportation facility in Great Falls, Montana. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The Great Falls International Airport Authority (Authority) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications for architectural services for its Terminal Improvement Program (TIP) that will upgrade and reconfigure passenger terminal. The Authority is seeking a firm/team to provide a full range of services including but not limited to: existing condition surveys, facility assessments, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding services and construction administration. Bidding and construction phase services will only be used on those projects that are funded by sources other than Airport Improvement Program ("AIP") funds. AIP funded projects will be administered by the Airport's current design engineering firm at the time. The term of the contract will be approximately sixty (60) months to allow for the design, contractor selection and construction of the TIP projects.
