The main works related to this project are: These works are mainly repairs of interior finishes and electromechanical type. Main works without being limited to: o Interior finishes o Complete repair of cardboard tile ceilings with acoustic tiles; o Repair of existing floor finishes with a flexible coating (premises); o Repair of existing floor finishes with ceramic tiles (corridors); o Refinishing of interior stairs; o Finishing of walls and new paint o Installation of ceramic on the corridor walls where the walls are not protected; o Replacement of integrated furniture; o ETC. o Mechanical o Various plumbing work; o Various ventilation work;

Clarification of the work schedule
o School holiday period (June 28, 2021 to August 20, 2021)
o Day and evening work will be permitted;
o The contractor must also ensure the cleanliness of the corridors and classrooms
in the non-affected sectors;
o Week of August 16, 2021, provisional acceptance and submission of
phase 1 end- of-work documents (TQC, maintenance manuals, letters of guarantee, ETC.);
o From August 16 to August 20, 2021 correction of deficiencies;
o August 24, 2021, provisional acceptance. Phase 2: June 29 to August 12, 2022 (worksite)
