Per the owner, as of January 13, 2022, they are currently in negotiations with CBRE for this solicitation. The owner also states that a timeline for construction has not been determined however the major repairs will likely occur in 2023. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. .................. The City of Spokane Valley is seeking a Consultant to provide project management services, technical advice services and owner's representative services associated with the oversight of the City Hall Repair Project, which entails assisting in the review of existing building construction defects, review of existing technical evaluations, overseeing the design and construction process for building remediation/repair, and participation in public information campaigns. The City is seeking an experienced firm that will bring creativity, knowledge, and extensive resources to this process. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
