Consists of all work required to complete demotion of various buildings at Camp Albacondo site. Contact Person: purchasing@tomsrivertownship.com ach Bid must be accompanied by a Bid deposit in the form of a Bid bond, issued by a surety licensed in the State of New Jersey or cashier's or certified check issued by a National Bank or Trust Company and payable to the order of: the Township of Toms River in the sum of ten (10) percent of the total amount Bid, not to exceed $20,000.00. The Contractor will be required to complete the work under this Contract within 60 days of the date specified in the Notice to Proceed.
