Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Jupiter, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The nature and scope of this project is: Removal and replacement of damaged valley gutter curb in all three phases of the Hamptons of Maplewood which include, but are not limited to, portions that are cracked, broken and/or uplifted which affect drainage patterns causing ponding and flooding on the asphalt roadway. Included in this Contract are the removal of approximately 5,400 linear feet of valley gutter curb, resetting approximately eight valley gutter inlet tops and the removal of up to one foot of damaged roadway asphalt adjacent to the damaged curb and inlet tops; coordination with the Homeowner Association root removal contractor; install and compact suitable fill, subgrade, curb pad, and/or base rock to required grade; replace the valley gutter curb, inlet tops and the disturbed adjacent roadway asphalt to grades which will allow storm water runoff to properly discharge into inlets; restore the green areas and damage to landscape and hardscape; and all other labor, materials, and equipment necessary to regrade the valley gutter curbs and provide a complete and properly operational surface drainage system in the Hamptons of Maplewood in accordance with the Bid Documents.
