Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Clinton, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of approximately 23,500 SY of 3" thick asphalt removal and replacement, 600 LF of curb and gutter replacement, 660 LF of sidewalk replacement, ADA pedestrian ramps, 7,650 LF of trail, and associated utility adjustments on various streets in Clinton City. Construction for shall be substantially completed by July 1, 2021 and final completion shall be by July 15, 2021. No pre-bid conference will be held. A five percent (5%) bid bond will be required.
