Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Greenville, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Construction Cost Range: $280K to $330K Provide and install new 160 ton air cooled chiller, associated piping and electrical, equimpment enclosure with gate. Site development to include pavement demo, grading, curb & gutter, retaining walls, and equipment pad. Qualified minority owned businesses are encourgared to submit a bid. Bid Security Is Required in an Amount Not Less Than 5% of the Base Bid. PERFORMANCE AND LABOR & MATERIAL PAYMENT BONDS: The successful Contactor will be required to provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price. Bidder agrees that the Date of Commencement of the Work shall be established in a Notice to Proceed to be issued by the Agency. Bidder agrees to substantially complete the Work within 160 Calendar Days from the Date of Commencement, subject to adjustments as provided in the Contract Documents.
