Site work for a mixed-use development in Roseville, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a day care center; and playground / park / athletic field.

Fraser Public Schools (FPS) will receive hard copy sealed bids for: Playground Improvements at Dooley Little Learners Center. Bidding documents prepared by Wakely Associates Inc. will be available for public inspection online. All bids must be submitted on forms furnished in the Contract Documents and be accompanied by a bidder's bond or a certified or cashier's check payable to Fraser Public Schools for the sum of not less than five (5%) of the bid amount. Bids received without a bidder's bond, certified or cashier's check, and a sworn and notarized statement of disclosure will be grounds for rejection. All Bid Proposals shall be accompanied by the following two forms: Familial Disclosure Form (in accordance with MCL 380.1267) and an Iran Economic Sanctions Act Form (in compliance with Michigan Public Act No. 517 of 2012). Bid Proposals that do not include these two sworn and notarized forms shall not be accepted. Fraser Public Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to waive any irregularities therein and accept that bid, which best serves Fraser Public Schools interest. 1. Removal of existing playground equipment including concrete foundations. 2. Provide and install new playground equipment in new concrete foundations as recommended by manufacturer. 3. Modify existing soft surface play area to expand to fit new equipment as indicated on the drawings.
