The City of Bentonville, Arkansas is accepting Statements of Qualifications from properly qualified, experienced and licensed (when applicable) firms to perform a feasibility study to address capacity/growth for wastewater treatment. The City of Bentonville, Arkansas is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified and experienced consultants to conduct a study to evaluate options for expanding wastewater treatment capacity and provide an orderly plan to accommodate the projected rapid growth of the City. This study shall provide a planning level review and analysis of options that optimize the balance between the expansion/use of existing City facilities and facilities owned and operated by the Northwest Arkansas Conservation Authority (NACA). Findings of this initial analysis will be used to determine next steps including but not limited to additional analyses, infrastructure design and construction. The City will evaluate all submissions and select the top three qualified firms from the responses to the RFQ. These firms may be invited to interview with a selection committee and submit a formal proposal for the project.
