Renovation of an educational facility in Greensboro, North Carolina. Design plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of June 2023, the project has resumed, and contractor bidding is expected to commence in the first quarter of 2024. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University (NCATSU) seeks design services from Architectural Firms, with a focus on art galleries and Historic Preservation for the Dudley Building Renovation and Restoration project. The project will include renovation to the existing gallery spaces, creation of a new gallery, accessibility upgrades both internally and on the exterior among other areas. The renovation will include work to the HVAC, Humidity Controls additional lighting, up-fit of finishes, and security. There will also be work done to the exterior of the building including concrete maintenance and accessibility. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
