This project consists of the expansion of an existing activated sludge treatment plant with a Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) facility which includes a new headworks including an intermediate pump station and screenings facility, aeration basins with aerobic and anoxic zones, bioreactors process trains, submerged membrane basins with membrane cassettes and filtrate pumps, blower building with aeration and air scour blowers and electrical building, chemical feed and storage facility, standby power facility with engine generator, above ground fuel storage and switchgear, solids handling facility with screw presses and new screw conveyor system, along with miscellaneous functional structures, yard piping, paving and site work needed to provide a complete project. Furnishing all labor and materials, equipment, and performing all work necessary and incidental to the construction of the project, as shown on the plans and described in specifications for this project, is to be completed within 752 working days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed.
