Renovation of an educational facility in Garden City, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Each bidder must deposit with his bid, a Bid Bond or certified check made payable to NASSAU BOCES, in an amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the total amount of the bid. The latest NYS DOH guidelines for gatherings will be observed. Social distancing and mask wearing will be mandatory. The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible Bidder or the proposals will be rejected within 45 days of the date of opening proposals, subject however, to the discretionary right reserved by Nassau BOCES to waive any or all proposals and to advertise for new proposals if, in its opinion, the best interest of Nassau BOCES will thereby be promoted. No bidder shall withdraw his Bid within 45 days after the formal opening thereof. Thereafter, a bidder may withdraw his Bid only in writing and in advance of the actual award except in accordance with New York GML 103(11). Project No: NCBO 15-02, NCBO 20-01
