Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Fairmont, Minnesota. Design plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Project to include new justice center. As of April 8, 2022, the project is in early planning. The Martin County Commissioners are pursuing federal funding through the senate congressional directed spending request in the amount of $3.5 Million for the proposed project and on April 6, 2022, the Commissioners authorized the Board to approve a letter of support for the spending request prior to the April 15, 2022 deadline. Information regarding an architect and general contractor has not yet been disclosed.
