Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, payable to the Town of Old Lyme, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the value of the bid in the form included with the Bid Documents. Payment bond and performance bonds each in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of the contract price, will be required in the form included with the Bid Documents. This contract is subject to state set-aside and contract compliance requirements and prevailing wages. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Town of Old Lyme reserves the right to waive any informalities, irregularities or defects in bids, to reject any or all bids, if it is in the best interests of the Town of Old Lyme.
