**As of January 28, 2022, this project rejected all bids received, but a new bid date has not been established. For Hillsborough Park Splash Pad This project has an SEB reserve for ESB and SB Tier 1 & 2 categories for 5% of the total bid amount. For additional information see Specification Section 00200, 'Instructions to Bidders", Part 2.16, "Utilization of Small and Emerging Small Business". As evidence of good faith and guarantee that contract will be entered into should award be made thereon, a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 5% of the bid must accompany bid. The bid bond or certified check shall be made payable to the "City of Omaha". Failure to do so will be cause for rejection. City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in whole or in part, and the bidders shall have the right to appeal any decision to the City Council. Work under this section shall consist of the following: 1. Removal and disposal of existing vegetation including shrubs, trees and stumps of all sizes as shown on the drawings. a. Trees may be shown individually or as a mass (not individually shown). 2. Clearing and grubbing of existing trees, tree stumps, shrubs and lawn areas to be removed Last day to submit questions is close of business on Wednesday, March 10, 2021
