The project is located at Mojave River Fish Hatchery, San Bernardino County, California. Provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, incidentals, permits and taxes necessary to diagnose, and repair or replace the well 10 gear drive, as outlined in the Items of Work. License Requirements: A or B Participation in Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Program (DVBE): The minimum DVBE participation percentage goal is 3%. Failure to fulfill the DVBE requirement will render your bid non-responsive. DVBE Incentive: For evaluation purposed only, an incentive will be given to bidders who exceed the 3% DVBE participation requirements. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders. Small Business Preference and Small business Subcontractor participation: A five percent (5%) Small business Preference will be granted to properly certified small businesses (a completed STD 811 must be submitted with the bid proposal). As of March 1, 2015, Senate Bill 854 requires that :No Contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations.
