The intent of the study to provide the City with a plan to implement select infrastructure improvements (Transportation/Traffic, Utilities and Street Amenities) at intersection and along street corridors within project study area in support of the City's downtown revitalization effort. Specifically, consultants' teams must be experienced in the development of capital improvement project plans to include planning, transportation/traffic and utility engineering, arborist, community stakeholder & public outreach, economic development, ect. in accordance with applicable regional, state and federal standards.
