Demolition and site work for a residential development in Lexington, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Lexington County is seeking responses to our solicitation for Community Development Block Grant Mitigation (CDBG-MIT) Program Residential Demolition And/Or Residential Land Reclamation Proper demolition of residential structures and disposal of materials on site including demolition debris and existing material on the property including but not limited to fencing, bricks, pavement, and any other non-natural material. 1. Removal and security of all hazardous material 2. Removal and security of any work equipment 3. Security of the structure at all times including boarding up windows after asbestos abatement 4. Provide protection or warning of open holes or pits to comply with OSHA safety standards Reclamation of land after demolition to a near natural state, to include properly removing any exposed utility (electric, gas, water, sewer, etc.) lines and properly disconnecting and making safe all underground and above ground utilities. 1. The reclamation of land includes the hydroseeding of wild flowers in order to return the space to nature and provide critical habitat loss and flood mitigation.
