The steam lines are located in a confined space, the A/E shall comply with all safety precautions regarding confined spaces and VA required permit. The design shall replace steam piping in steam tunnels, Buildings 110 and 110A, and replace equipment in the boiler. Design shall comply with VA guidelines and specifications.
