***As of April 2, 2021 project has not been awarded. This bid has been postponed pending SCDOT enroachment permits. The Town of Lyman seeks bids for drainage work downtown(Groce Road). For technical questions regarding this bid contact Mr. Don Worley-Matrix Engineering 864-583-6274 Ext 231. Tentative bid awards to be made on April 12th, 2021 and start date for services must be no later than 30 days from bid award. Once work has started contractor has 20 days to complete the project. The Town of Lyman is responsible for the demolition of the sidewalk, the removal or sidewalk debris, and the replacement of the sidewalk.
