The Work generally consists of the renovation of the Administration Area which includes the main office area, guidance area, clinic and associated spaces; and the removal of existing exterior windows and walls in order to install new aluminum storefront and associated renovation of affected spaces. Responsibility for maintenance of all existing erosion control devices, if provided under a separate contract, is included. In addition, addenda will be electronically delivered to all who are known by the issuing office to have received a complete set of Bidding Documents. Extra costs will not be allowed for failure of Prime Contractors to properly distribute addenda or any bidding information. Contractor shall be liable for all costs and expenses incurred by PWCS to re-design the Project arising from such publication (e.g. to maintain school security).No plans and specifications will be available for viewing.
