The project consists of furnishing and installing the following items: concrete, equipment, earthwork, piping, electrical and control systems, and various related components. The total Contract Time will be 600 consecutive calendar days and the liquidated damages will be $1,000 per consecutive calendar day thereafter. The Authority also reserves the right to reject bids from bidders that have pending litigation or claims with the Authority or that have pending or past litigation or claims with which the Authority is or has been involved as a third party, or if such bid includes a proposed subcontractor or supplier that has pending litigation or claims with the Authority or that have pending or past litigation or claims with which the Authority is or has been involved as a third party, if the Authority determines, in its sole discretion, such litigation or claims may adversely affect the ability of the parties to work efficiently and effectively under this contract, or for any other reason as determined by the Authority.
