New construction of a medical facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the construction of a 96-bed medical facility.
As of July 2022, it has been confirmed that all bidding is closed. Further phases are expected to consist of interior work, however, roles, timelines, and bidding opportunities are not confirmed. Two architects and a general contractor have been selected. A schedule for bidding and construction has not been released, however, construction is expected to be complete by July 2024. *The new, $330 million hospital tower will consist of 96 ICU beds, emergency department, 16 operating rooms, 2 hybrid operating rooms, 4 Cath Labs, 2 Endoscopy, 2 Pulmonary, 6 Interventional Radiology Suites, Central Sterile, Pre/Post Op, Pharmacy, Lab, Imaging, Food Service, Education Space, overhead connector to BBRP, tower bridge to new garage structure, central utility plant and a 1,500 space parking garage.
