Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

PWSA is requesting bids for the installation of green infrastructure (GI) stormwater storage and permeable pavers in two project areas on Howe Street and two project areas on Kentucky Avenue in the Shadyside neighborhood. This includes excavation work, protecting existing utilities, installation of underdrain piping, installation of BMP storage layers (#57 aggregate, pipe storage, impermeable liner), installation of permeable pavers within the parking lane, installation of new catch basins and manholes, sidewalk restoration, replacement of trees, and roadway milling and paving. The work will include associated connections into the existing combined sewer system of the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority (PWSA). Questions Due Date: Mar 11th 2021, 4:00 PM EST
