Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Mannford, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.
The bidding process will be in compliance with the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of five percent 5% of the bid. By this notice all provisions of the Act apply to this project and are incorporated into notice by reference. Upon receipt of an acceptable bid, the contract will be awarded within thirty (30) days after the opening of bids and the written contract executed within ten (10) days thereafter. A designated completion date for this project is set by the construction manager as stated in the project manual, as required to complete the Project work. Completion dates will be a very significant and material factor to the Owner when selecting the Lowest Responsible Bid(s). The scheduled completion date will be a very significant and material factor to the Owner and will be considered in making an award of the Contract and the Owner reserves the right to award the Contract to other than the low dollar bidder. Each Bidder must include (in the space provide on the Bid Form) the number of calendar days which the Bidder will require to complete the specified Project. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in any bid.
