Work includes: Demolition(Parking Lot), Joint Sealants and Waterproofing(Parking Lot), Epoxy Flooring (rebid), Signage, Lockers, Window Treatments, Electrical(Parking Lot), Access Control/Security, Earthwork(Parking Lot), Site Concrete, Asphalt Paving & Striping, Ornamental Fencing and Gates (re-bid), and Landscaping & Irrigation. The bid shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly marked and addressed as follows: The name and address of the bidder shall appear in the upper left-hand corner of the envelope. The Trade Contract Package number and description you are bidding shall be written on the cover of the envelope. The lower left-hand corner of the envelope shall be marked: BID FOR: UNION HIGH SCHOOL - BID PACKAGE #11 Bids received after the official stated time or more than ninety-six hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, before the official stated time set for the opening of bids, will not be accepted.
