Construction of the St. Theresa Point First Nation Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrade/Expansion and Associated Works consisting of, but not limited to, providing the expansion/upgrade of the existing South Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) including a new trucked wastewater receiving station, upgraded existing trucked wastewater receiving station, 6 mm fine screens, 2-train Sequencing Batch Reactor process, effluent equalization and pumping, Ultraviolet disinfection system, aerated sludge holding tanks, sludge dewatering, existing outfall upgrades, dewatered sludge handling area, a new pre-engineered North Lift Station, new forcemain from North Lift Station to connect to South WWTP, gravity sewer upgrades, decommissioning of the existing North WWTP and Lift Station No. 4, selective interior demolition at existing South WWTP, access roads, site works, superstructure/buildings, substructure, process mechanical, plumbing, building HVAC, electrical, instrumentation and controls, stand-by-power, temporary works including temporary pumping to maintain existing South WWTP in operation during construction and associated works.
