As of 3/23/2021 , award the project to RODERICK GRAY dba GRAY AND SONS CONSTRUCTION LLC amount of $80,856.50. The start and completion date has not yet been determined. The Contractor shall read and fully comprehend every aspect of the contract provisions included in this bid proposal, prior to submitting a bid for the project. The work order on this project shall be issued 20 (twenty) calendar days after the date on which the contract for this project has been awarded to the successful bidder.The work on this project shall be completed within 25 (twenty-five) working days from date of beginning work and in accordance with the plans and Standard Specifications. Working days will be charged as provided for in the Standard Specifications, once the work order is issued. The non-availability of material shall not prevent working days from being assessed. Payment for the bid items will be as a lump sum/measured quantity amount based on the bid quantities and unit prices in the bid proposal.The contractor shall stake this project. Cost shall be subsidiary to the bid item Mobilization. The City reserves the right to refuse to award the project to a prospective bidder if the bidder is in default for any of the following reasons: a. Failure to comply with any prequalification regulations of the City, if such regulations are cited, or otherwise included, in the proposal as a requirement for bidding. b. Failure to pay, or satisfactorily settle, all bills due for labor and materials on former contracts in force with the City at the time the City issues the proposal to a prospective bidder. c. Documented record of Contractor default under previous contracts with the City. d. Documented record of unsatisfactory work on previous contracts with the City
