Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This project includes replacement of 450 LF of Water line, 4,000 LF of Sanitary Sewer line and 11,070 SY of Asphalt Paving improvements for the following streets in Council District 7: Belle Place from Linden Avenue to Collinwood Avenue, Margaret Street from Byers Avenue to Collinwood Avenue, Owasso Street from Byers Avenue to Calmont Avenue, Sutter Street from Byers Avenue to Pershing Avenue. PREQUALIFICATION The improvements included in this project must be performed by a contractor who is pre-qualified by the City at the time of bid opening. The procedures for qualification and pre-qualification are outlined in the Section 00 21 13 - INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. If a prebid conference is not being held, prospective bidders can e-mail questions or comments in accordance with Section 6 of the Instructions to Bidders referenced above to the project manager(s) at the e-mail addresses listed below. Emailed questions will suffice as "questions in writing" and the requirement to formally mail questions is suspended. If necessary, Addenda will be issued pursuant to the Instructions to Bidders. City reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject bids. AWARD City will award a contract to the Bidder presenting the lowest price, qualifications and competencies considered. The City's M/WBE goal on this project is 14% of the total bid value of the contract
