**As of April 15, 2021, this project has been awarded to Kuechle Underground, Inc. in the amount of $1,396,766.60. Principal components of the project include the following: Clearing and Grubbing 30 TREES Remove Bituminous Pavement 9,658 SY Common Excavation 1,500 CY Aggregate Base Class 5 3,760 TON Bituminous Pavement 1,939 TON Concrete Driveway Pavement 7,600 SF Concrete Curb and Gutter 4,920 LF Sodding 6,100 SY 12" - 18" RCP Storm Sewer 2,171 LF Storm Sewer Structures 30 EA 8" PVC Sewer Pipe 1,420 LF Sanitary Sewer Structures 9 EA 6 DIP Watermain 2,750 LF 6" Watermain Valves 26 EA Hydrant 8 EA DIP Fittings 4,500 LB Electrical Conduit Installation 7,070 LF If a paper bid is submitted, the Contractor must purchase paper or digital copies of the Bidding Documents by one of the methods specified above. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, cash deposit, or bid bond, made payable to the City of Anoka, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities and informalities therein and further reserves the right to award the contract in the best interests of the City.
