Site work and paving for a civil project in New London, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Project LFPH8A-21, 2021 Phase 8A Liner Construction at Kandiyohi County Landfill. The Work includes construction of a 3.4-acre Municipal Solid Waste Landfill liner with 2-feet of select clay and 155,000 SF 60mil HDPE. Related work includes strip 11 acres of topsoil 10,200 CY of contractor sourced soil imports; 200 linear feet of underground electric; 2600 linear feet of HDPE landfill pipe; install leachate pump and controls; place 42,800 CY of frost protection; excavate and backfill approximately 10,000 cubic yards of engineered soil material for road construction, SWPPP and site restoration. The substantial completion date is November 1, 2021 All BIDDERS are strongly encouraged to attend the prebid conference. A bid bond, cashiers check or certified check made payable to the Treasurer of Kandiyohi County in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid must accompany all bids. Electronic and Fax bids will not be accepted. The County Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any defects or technicalities therein and to award the contract in the best interest of the County.
