The City of Bentonville, Arkansas is seeking Statements of Qualifications from properly qualified and experienced professionals to design, prepare construction documents, and provide project management for various roadway and intersection projects associated with the potential 2021 Bond Issue. The scope will include, but not be limited to engineering plans and specifications for construction, permitting, construction observations, and project management. The City reserves the right to award a contract for the services to more than one firm; however, the City may elect to award the complete services to one firm, whatever is in the City's best interest as determined by the City, including the Selection Committee. Voters approved this bond proposition. As of May 26, 2021, designer has not yet been awarded.
