Integrated Services of Kalamazoo (ISK) is soliciting vendor information for Architectural Services. Integrated Services of Kalamazoo (ISK) is soliciting Proposals from qualified vendors for architectural design services for a building addition/renovation and property enhancements. Vendors submitting Proposals ("Proposers") are required to read this Request for Proposals ("RFP") in its entirety and follow the instructions contained herein. Provide all standard Architectural Services required to successfully design, construct and remodel from concept to completion a commercial building. Assist in the creation of a construction management RFP and assist in the selection of a Construction Manager. In conjunction with the Construction Manager, create a full set of construction documents, establish budgets and participate in a sub-contractor bidding process. Provide design oversight and consultation during the full term of construction. Serve as a representative of the owner during the construction process. Participate in regular site visits and construction meetings. Interact with building officials, as necessary, including at site planning, plan approval and ongoing inspections. ISK reserves the right to award to the vendor that it believes, in its sole discretion, best meets the needs of the organization whether or not that vendor offers the lowest costs in its proposal. RFP responders may appeal a decision within 14 calendar days of the notification of award date. The internal review process will be limited to alleged violations of the procurement process and shall not address the qualitative review by the Review Teams. Appeal determinations will be made within 2 weeks of the receipt of all required information from the bidder.
