The City of Plano is soliciting construction services for improvements to the capacity and safety for Legacy Drive and Parkwood Boulevard intersection to include: Paving improvements, addition of left-turn lanes, increased capacity of existing left-turn lanes, addition of a dedicated right-turn lane, modification of traffic signals, and addition of a Hike & Bike trail along northbound Parkwood Blvd from Tennyson Pkwy to north of Legacy Drive intersection. Project also includes improvements at Coit Road between westbound SH 190 service road and Mapleshade Lane to include: Addition of a continuous deceleration lane on Coit Road for southbound traffic with new adjacent sidewalk, increased capacity of Coit Road and Mapleshade Lane intersection through addition of left-turn lanes, increased capacity of the existing turn lanes, and addition of dedicated right-turn lane.
