Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lansing, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility; and municipal facility.
The deadline for submitting final questions is no later than 3:00 P.M. on March 12, 2021. General Replace all existing 2' x 12' foot tectum ceiling tiles with 2' x 4' tectum ceiling tiles which are located within the Ingham County Youth Center's Gymnasium. Building Information This is a pitched ceiling, one side is approximately 34' x 60' and the other is approximately 16' x60'. Scope of Services 1. Remove and dispose of existing tiles. 2. Repair and/or replace any existing damaged ceiling grid. 3. Provide and install new 2' crossbars in between each existing 12' span to allow for the installation of 2' x 4' tectum tiles. 4. Provide and install new 2' x 4' tectum tiles. 5. Repair any damaged or compromised grid supporting wires. Materials 1. 2' x 4' x 1" tectum tiles. 2. Ceiling grid is to match existing Alternate Add needed crossbars and replace the existing tectum tiles with a 2' by 6' tectum tile. All grid repairs are to be included.
