Contractor (CM/GC) for Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) and is soliciting for prequalifications for the Carmen-Smith Fish Passage Facilities Trail Bridge Radial Gate and Fish Gate Replacement Project. Wildish Building Company is requesting qualifications information only at this time for the design/fabrication/installation of onsite infrastructure located at the EWEB Trail Bridge Dam & Spillway Site. We will then issue an Invitation to Bid to only those firms that meet the Request for Qualifications criteria accordingly. Responders shall meet Minimum Qualifications, as defined in the formal RFQ. In summary, these Minimum Qualifications include the following requirements. * Radial Gate Prequalification's Summary: * Contractor shall submit proof of qualifications for each of the following categories. i. Gate Installer Qualifications: 10 years of successful experience installing radial gates with at least 5 complete removal/reinstall of radial gate of similar type, size and complexity. ii. Gate Fabricator Qualifications: 10 years of fabricating radial gates with at least 10 radial gates fabricated of similar size and complexity. iii. Gate Designer Qualifications: 10 years of radial gate design experience with at least 10 radial gates designed of similar size and complexity. Structural designer shall be a registered Professional Civil or Structural Engineer in the State of Oregon. Gate Hoist Vendor Qualifications: 10 years of experience in radial gate hoist design and manufacturing with the completion of at least 10 similar radial gate hoists Wildish reserves the right to waive any or all informalities and irregularities; may cancel the invitation to the RFQ; and may reject any or all responses.
