The PROJECT consists of: Remove and Replace various thickness of asphalt pavement and replace with 1-1/2 or 2" Asphalt Pavement including petromat on the following streets: BAILEY AVE (Washington - J Street), WASHINGTON AVE, ERIN DR (Bailey Ave - Coronado) L STREET (5th to Highland), NORTH K STREET (Needles Hwy - Front St), FAIRMONT AVE, O & P STREETS (Freeway - Needles Hwy), Inside full Lane of E. BROADWAY AVE (Smith Rd - Ice Plant Rd), D STREET / LILLYHILL DRIVE. Any question regarding the download of the Specifications & Drawings should be addressed to Tammy Ellmore, Engineering Department, at (760) 326-5740 ext. 150 or by email at tellmore@cityofneedles.com Technical questions regarding the PROJECT should be addressed to Don Olsen, Contract ENGINEER at the above address or by phone at (760) 326-5740 ext. 150. Technical questions must be in writing and faxed to (760) 326-5008 or emailed to tellmore@cityofneedles.com. Cut-off date for questions will be 02/16/2021, as ADDENDA must be issued no later than 72 business hours prior to BID opening. Each BID or proposal must be submitted on the forms furnished by City.
