Site work for a water / sewer project in Garland, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bids shall be accompanied with a Bid Bond in the amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price payable with recourse to the City of Garland, from a reliable surety company as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and execute Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and Maintenance Bond within ten (10) days after notice of award of contract. All contracts less than $50,000.00 (fifty thousand dollars) will not require Performance, Payment or Maintenance Bonds. The right is reserved by the Mayor and the City Council as the interest of the City may require to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bids received. All questions concerning the project related to the plans or the Pre-bidders conference shall be submitted through the Question/Answer segment located in the Ionwave website. The deadline for submitting questions is 5:00PM, March 15th , 2021. LOCATION OF PROJECT Camilla Lane (Stadium Dr to Cul De Sac) W. Carolyn Drive (S. 1st Street to S. 5th Street) W Walnut Circle (W. Walnut St. to Lavon Drive (SH78)) All portions of the construction project are located within the corporate limits of Garland, Texas.
