Question Cutoff Date : 3/11/2021 06:00:00 PM (ET). The Iowa DOT is seeking competitive bids from qualified contractors to remodel of existing office space. Work to include removal of existing carpet, ceiling, lights, doors and frames, and replace with new finishes and install 4) new windows in north and west walls. See attached specifications and drawings for complete scope of work. Project can begin upon contract award with completion on or before June 18, 2021. IADOT - District 1 Office Remodel.
