The Contractor shall be responsible for the rem oval and disposal of deleterious material as identified on the plans or as found in the field. In addition, the Contractor will be res possible for the rem oval and disposal of any additional item s and/or material, which m ay be found in the field within the limits of work as defined on the plans .
