In general, the work consists of repairs to the exterior envelope, including upgrades to increase energy efficiency, installation of a new acoustic ceiling with LED lighting, ADA restroom improvements and general interior finish upgrades. The project also updates electrical/data infrastructure and replaces outdated mechanical and plumbing system components.
