Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Baraboo, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

In general the work consists of : site work to prepare various sites within Wisconsin State Parks located in Sauk and Junea Counties for installing new vault toilet privies. Includes removing and disposing of existing vault toilet privies at most of the sites. Includes minor grading and subgrade preparation for installing concrete walks and asphalt paths. The vault toilets for the project are pre-manufactured buildings and will be provided and placed by the manufacturer, only the site preparation is necessary prior to the buildings being placed. After the placement, the flatwork and site restoration are then required. Bidder shall identify the division of work they are bidding on when requesting Bidding Documents online. Base Bid will be received for: A single lump sum bid for All Work Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted. The 2017-2019 Wisconsin State Budget (2017 Wisconsin Act 59) repealed Wisconsins prevailing wage laws. Effective September 23, 2017, state prevailing wage requirements on state building projects no longer apply. These changes take effect for projects advertised for bid after September 18 23, 2017.
