Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Perkasie, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Newtown Township is performing roadway rehabilitation along several Township roads. A portion of the funding for this project will be provided by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Municipal Liquid Fuels Program. In general, the work consists of, but is not limited to: replacement of concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, concrete curb gutter driveway depression, construction of concrete cheek walls and detectable warning surfaces, replacement of inlet tops and grates, inlet reconstruction, pavement repairs, asphalt pavement milling, installation of leveling/scratch course and wearing course, and replacement of pavement markings. The work also includes mobilization, maintenance and protection of traffic and erosion and sediment controls, as necessary to perform the work. The scope of work is more fully described in the Project Specifications herein and on the Construction Details. Clarification Deadline 3/10/2021 4:00 PM Bidders are required to provide Bid Security in an amount equal to 10% of the total amount bid. Bid Security may be provided in the form of a certified check or a bid bond issued by a Surety Company licensed to transact such business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Bidders are required to comply with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act of 1961, P.L. 987, No. 442, where the project cost is twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) or above. Funding will be provided by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Municipal Liquid Fuels Program. All materials must meet current PA Department of Transportation Specifications.
