Site work and paving for a road / highway in Marysville, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project consists of the following: The Project consists of 1,213-ft of pavement edge removal and replacement with 18-inch straight curb, upgrading pedestrian facilities, storm improvements, lighting installation, resurfacing, and other miscellaneous related improvements. An additional alternate bid project consist of 433-ft of sidewalk extension, drive reconstructions, and storm improvements. Bidders shall provide proof of qualifications, to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders, and complete the Best Bidder Information Form provided. Bidders shall comply with all statutory requirements in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. All Bids must include payment of wages at prevailing wage rates pursuant to Ohio Revised Code (ORC), Section 4115-15 and shall comply with the provisions, duties and obligations of ORC Section 4115. Further information provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Each Bidder must deposit with its Bid, a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a bond for an amount of 100% of the Bid if in the form of a Bid Guaranty or in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the Bid if in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or irrevocable letter of credit, for and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders and pursuant with ORC Section 153.54, 153.57 and 153.571.
