Description

Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Brampton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 178,465-square-foot, 20-story above grade, one-story below grade, 200-unit multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.

Stage II to the prequalified firms only. Peel Region is developing a third tower on the regionally owned lands at 4 and 10 Knightsbridge Road. This new infill development will be 20-storeys and add 200 new affordable rental housing units in Brampton, where two existing 13-storey residential buildings currently reside.
